OUR

MINISTRIES

Our mission is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ by connecting with people of all walks of life.  We further this mission through our diverse ministries, providing unique opportunities to connect with others.  Each of our individual stories plays an important role in the Body of Christ we call Freedom in Worship.  We encourage you to review our ministries and maybe one day, you could share your story with us!

Church Buddies

At Church Buddies, we believe that children are the very essence of the future. Who they are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are raised and nurtured today. As Church Buddies continues to serve in the Ft. Worth area, we go above and beyond to provide our children an empowering environment where they can fully embrace their identity and gain all the skills they need to be leaders of tomorrow. Our goals are to shape the way they live their lives and teach them the fundamentals of Faith, through Bible based teachings and the acceptance of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Tuesday Night Ministry

It is sometimes easier to focus on what divides humanity than what unites us. But I believe that every one of us is driven by a desire to develop a relationship with people. Our Tuesday Night Ministry is an opportunity for us to explore that core human necessity together. Every Tuesday from 6pm-7pm we walk around Lancaster Ave to physically check on our family that live out on the streets and the nearby shelters. As we walk through, we take the time to ask if there is anything that needs to be prayed for in their lives, along with providing them with cold water to drink, hygiene products we collect and any needs they may have. Stepping out of our comfort zone can often be an incredibly impactful experience. I am confident that everybody can find something meaningful here to incorporate into their own practice.
